Jiterbug Jessie
*JITTERBUG JESSIE (Carpenter, '09) (28”-MRe-5.5”-Ev) – ROSES IN SNOW X TET PARTY PINAFORE – These flowers look so lively and have so much going on in their faces that they needed a name expressing that idea. Jitterbug seemed appropriate for the description. The flowers have a base color of crème which is boldly marked with large red-orange eyes which appear beautifully on both the petals and sepals. There is a detail of the crème color that juts well into the center of the red-orange eye in the center of each petal which enlivens the beauty of the flower. JITTERBUG JESSIE has striking green throats in the flowers which brings beautiful contrast with the bright red-orange eyes. Flowers have three-way branching with up to 36 buds and are fertile.
