CANDY (Stamile, P.) TET 4230 (Rock Solid x Sue Brown) 28” MRe. emo.
Dor. 5½” x 3¼” x 2”. 6-way branching (3 laterals +
terminal W). 35-40 buds. This beautiful orchid with a plum eye
and edge is a cacophony of color from the green gold throat to the tiny
wire lavender edge. As a dormant I fully expect ROCK CANDY to be taller
in the north than it is here in Florida. However, I simply cannot
imagine it being better branched with its nice long laterals at a good
angle to the scape plane.
It is simply a very pretty flower that I think will
grow and thrive everywhere. So whether you live in gulf coast Texas or
northern Canada, the Pacific Northwest or the steamy Southeast I think
ROCK CANDY will perform beautifully for you. Fertile both ways.
