40-45 buds. Orange has been one color we in the world of daylilies
seem to have a love/hate relationship with. For many of us the common roadside
orange daylily got us started with daylilies. On the other hand we strove
for different colors beside the common fulvus orange. Orange, however,
has come a long way and BAT MASTERSON is in the forefront of the new oranges.
Not dull or fulvus, this bright orange is both full and flat and marked
with a deep ruby red eye over an emerald green throat. The flowers
are full, round, flat and ruffled. The high floriferousness of this cultivar
along with the bright tropical orange colors make this a wonderful garden
flower. There is something about a field of these bright oranges that shouts
summer and all its attraction. If you love daylilies as a garden flower
you will absolutely love BAT MASTERSON. A great daylily. Easily fertile
