General Listing Plants Stop Shipping June 2016 for the year.

All our plants are inspected by the State of Florida and our nursery is under a regular spraying program to ensure the highest quality of plants.  ***We spray to not have rust in the garden – None.  We do not spray over rusty plants to quickly clean-up the garden before the visitors arrive.  All plants listed for sale are freshly planted each year into 3 gallon pots with a NEW potting mixture of Florida peat, dolomitic limestone and Nutricote 18-6-8, 360 day formula.  Potted plants can be picked up at the nursery by arrangement.

We guarantee to dig fresh, blooming size Non-Baped plants. The prices listed for our own introductions are for single fans, however the majority of you will receive DOUBLE FANS.   It is vital that you understand this is simply Our Generosity, and when someone takes this generosity and immediately goes into business against us it is upsetting to say the least.  As we reserve the right to refuse business, please be notified that when we discover this, usually by our customers, we will no longer sell you plants.  I hate to have to write this but the new daylily generation is getting out of hand.  So… if you are happy with our plants as a breeder or a collector – Great!  If you are only interested in Re-selling – please don’t send us an order!  If you are not happy with the quality of the plants received, please do not plant them, simply return them to us immediately for a full refund.  Karen and I are proud of the size and quality of the plants we send you.

Bonus Plants:

We provide a bonus plant of our choice on all orders, with the exception of Daylily Collections which are already discounted.  Bonus plants generally are approximately 20% of the order value.  I think we give the best bonuses in the buss.  All we need is a REASONABLE list from which to choose from and if we can - we will.

Substitutions:

If you allow us to substitute, we will give you a substitution of the equivalent or greater value.  We will not substitute without your permission.  Should we be unable to substitute we will refund the cost to you. We will also try to provide a bonus from your substitution listing when ever possible.

General Listing Plants:

Our general listing plants are updated each year.  Often during May we will sell out of many of our “general listing” stock, especially the $25/35 varieties, be sure to check on availability and order early to avoid disappointment.   We no longer ship or hold general listing plants for shipping in the fall.   Website is updated once a year but we put up a listing of sold out plants regularly for your convenience.

Shipping Information:

We ship all plants bare root, trimmed, washed, wrapped and placed in boxes for delivery.  We ship plants via UPS or USPS Priority Mail.   Please indicate your preference on your order form. Shipping costs are $20.00 plus $1.00 per plant for all domestic shipping. Ensure you provide a clear delivery address including phone number and email address if possible.  When shipping UPS we use – UPS Quantum View Notification – you will receive an email from UPS advising when shipped and an expected delivery date.

UPS Overnight or USPS Express mail deliveries can be arranged, please contact us for further details and costing.

Resale of our New Introductions:

It is not acceptable to re-sell a new Floyd Cove introduction at a discounted price within 1 year of release.  March to March.  We ask that you do not resell at reduced prices therefore undercutting us and devaluing the market price of the introduction.  Anyone doing this will not be sold plants again – No exceptions. 

International Orders:

We ship worldwide, please contact for the latest list of countries we are able to ship to.  Our minimum order for international customers is $800.00 USD, plus $95.00 for handling and Phytosanitary certificate.  We have had to increase our handling charges due to the additional paperwork required to prepare shipments.  To offset this cost we will try to provide an additional fan or bonus plant with your international order.  We do not dig international orders that contain only General Listing plants, we offer these as a courtesy in addition to our own introductions.  Orders must include at least 25% new introductions to be processed – Thank You.

Actual Shipping costs are charged separately, at time of shipping.   We ship internationally via USPS Express Post or DHL or UPS Worldwide.  Please contact us to discuss your requirements. 

Visiting the Nursery:

We have moved to our brand new, larger location!!!

We look forward to welcoming our visitors to our new garden during May each year, which is our peak bloom.  Our nursery is located at 1240 Enterprise Osteen Road, Enterprise FL 32725.  As the new location is our home and we have a security gate, when you visit us please stop at the gate give us a call and we will be down to open it for you.  During May our visiting times are 7.30am until Noon (12pm) as the sprinklers will be coming on around that time due to large number of watering zones.  So please give a call or email us that you will be stopping by.  During other times of the year please contact us on 386 232 7379 to arrange a visit.  

To reach us Take I-4 exit 108 and turn onto Debary Avenue and follow it East until you reach Providence Blvd.  Please turn right at Providence and follow to the end (Lake Munroe) and turn left onto Lakeshore Drive – which becomes Enterprise Osteen Road.  We are located opposite Mariners Cove Park, next door to Reilly Daylily Garden and before Water Mill Garden.   If the gate is closed please call the above number for access.

Gift Certificates:

Gift Certificates are available for any value you require.  The certificates are sent out via first class mail.

Catalogs:

Catalogs are available for new customers for $3.00 each, which can be deducted from your first order.  Please forward checks for catalogs to our postal address.

Club Orders:

Floyd Cove has a long history of supporting clubs with plants.  We continue to offer exceptional value to clubs purchasing either new introductions, collections or individual plants. (We will endeavor to provide multiple fans when ever possible) If you allow us to select a collection of plants for a specific dollar value, we will double your dollar amount.  Please note that we cannot replace club plants   We love our clubs!
