*LEMON PARCHMENT (Stamile,P) TET 0553-B  {[Victorian Lace x (Great White x Key Lime Ice)] X [First Knight x (Great White x Key Lime Ice)]} 29” MRe. nofr. emo. dd. Dor. 6 1/8” x 3” x 2”. 7-way branching.  40-45 buds.   Most folks visit the garden during early midseason peak bloom about the first week in May.  Invariably they will comment on LEMON PARCHMENT even though it is not in bloom yet.  The reason is simple.  LEMON PARCHMENT has some of the most magnificent branching and bud count in the garden.  Moreover, the plant habit is exquisite with flowers and branches held nicely in relation to the foliage.  This is the best branched of all the spring introductions.  The flower is a beautiful heavily ruffled, round, owl-eared, diamond dusted cream yellow with a deeper gold dusted golden yellow edge.  A magnificent flower and a fine addition to the garden.  Fertile both ways.
