*WEB  OF  INTRIGUE (Stamile,P)  TET  7398-A  [(Moonlit Masquerade x Magnificent Rainbow) X (Etched Eyes x Rainbow Eyes)]  30”  EERe. Ev. fr. EMO.  6” x 2 7/8” x 2”.  5 way branching.  30-35 buds.  Again the color of this flower is not quite correct.  I’m sorry to have to color correct in words but film sometimes refuses to pick up the nuances of daylily color.  I would describe WEB OF INTRIGUE as a pale orange sherbet with an etched pattern of lavender and purple.  The eye pattern appears as two bands of purple with a 1/2" band of lavender between the two.  Crossing the lavender part of the eye is a webbing of purple.  The throat is a citron green.  Flowers open flat and early possessing  good substance. WEB OF INTRIGUE like  ORNAMENTAL FOCUS blooms 3 weeks before peak and reblooms 3 – 4 times in Florida.  The form is similar to its grandparent RAINBOW EYES.  A magnificent addition to the extra early daylily bloom period and world of complex eyes.  Fertile both ways.…………………………..$100.00
