Bogart, Daylily

* 'Bogart' -  Sev., Fr., EM., Re., 27 in. sc.; 5.5 fl., 3 way branching with 18 buds.  Named after a puppy that I often 'doggy-sit' in Toronto; this flower has similar coloring and the contrast is as loud as the puppy's bark. A peach-pink overlayed tangerine flower with a near black-purple, large triangular eyezone above a green center. The ruffled wire gold edge surrounds a 1/4" black picotee which is highlighted with a dark burgundy bleeding inner edge. The sepals also carry the triangular darker eyezone.  (('Storyville Child' x 'My Pirate Days') x 'Pirate's Ransome'))  X (Meet Joe Black' x 'Gavin Petit')
