| * 'Doppler Effect' (John Peat, 2004). Semi-evergreen. 25 in. (63.5 cm) scape; 6.25 in. (15.8 cm) flower. Early-midseason. 3 way branching with 24 buds. A large mango-orange flower with a heavy waxy substance and heavy ruffling. The thick raised ridges form grooving and crevices down into the dark green throat and carrying out onto the petals almost to the petal edges.
