Small World Arctic Vortex

Small World Arctic Vortex

‘Small World  Arctic Vortex’ (Miller, M., ’15) Tet., sw-16-t-10 (‘Small World Troi Wayne’ X ‘Michael Miller’) Ev., Em., Re., 27”, 5.25”, 4-way branching, 20 BC.  White with a bold gold edge.   Green throat.   A stunning daylily to say the least.   Garden visitors are impressed with how well it performs and how big the edge can get.  It makes a beautiful clump.  It gets whiter as the day goes on and it holds up all day. This picture was taken late in the day.  It is more of a color changer I would say than one that bleaches out in the sun.  This is a hardy Evergreen.  All around great plant habit and has a good scape for the shows. A must have for a great garden plant as well as an exceptional breeder. Easy fertile both ways.  Limited.
