I
almost introduced the pod parent of MAGNIFICENT
ETCHINGS. It had magnificent scapes and very unusual colors but
unfortunately it did not always open flat. MAGNIFICENT ETCHINGS
corrects
every fault. It is larger, flatter, always opens well and contains that
mysterious blend of grays I find so intriguing. The colors in MAGNIFICENT
ETCHINGS include a base of clear bright deep mimosa yellow with
an
incredible multi colored eye of royal purple, mauve, lilac gray and
charcoal
gray. The flowers are held on tall well-branched scapes. Simply a
magnificent
flower and a great parent for patterns. Fertile both ways.
